If you're like me, your bucket list includes attending some of the Major Tennis opens such as Wimbledon and the French Open. Until you can make it to your "bucket" and "your lists," I recommend during any travel touring some of the most historical and beautiful tennis clubs you could imagine starting with New York's finest, The Westside Tennis Club in Forest Queens.

New York is home to sixty editions of the US National Championships. Founded in 1892, this private tennis club still holds its beauty with over 35 courts of all four surfaces. This particular club is near and dear to us, as it's one of our closest home courts with the richest culture. It is definitely a fortunate opportunity if given a chance to join their members' club!

The Hurlingham Club offers one of the richest histories of tennis to date. Dating back to1886, it held the first international polo tournament between England and the US, which has sparked interest in Private Club memberships. Most previously, The Tennis Classic at Hurlingham offers the perfect opportunity for ATP Tour players to fine-tune their game before Wimbledon and retired legends to entertain the crowds. We highly suggest joining their waitlist for their next round of members and tours.

Founded in 1870, the RUSHBROOKE LAWN TENNIS & CROQUET CLUB holds Irelands longest-standing Tennis club in the entire county. If you get the chance to visit near the outskirts of Cobh, we highly suggest the opportunity to play on one of The Rushbrooke Club's eleven tennis courts. They offer court availability of all skills and ages and access to an exclusive membership. This is another special homage to our part Irish Heritage here at Ascot Manor and a favorite travel destination of friends and family.
