SHIPPING POLICY

Here are our estimated shipping delivery times on all tennis apparel, activewear, and leisurewear items:
USA: 5-8 business days
Canada: 6-12 business days
World: 10-20 business days
Your order will be sent out 3-4 Business Days After Processing

Expedited shipping options are available at the checkout.

SOME ON-COURT/OFF-COURT ITEMS MAY SHIP SEPARATELY

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy differs in each country, and the fee is usually based on weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

TAXES:
We are located in New York, NY, and must charge sales tax for all orders shipped within our state. If you live in another state, you must comply with your state's current tax laws regarding Internet sales.

REFUND POLICY

1 FOR 1 RETURN POLICY:

 

IMPORTANT: Most items are made to order. With limited exceptions, returns are refunded via store credit as an Ascot Manor E-Gift Card. We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return. Items marked as Limited Stock are non-refundable.

You have two options to return:

 

Support Ascot Manor’s mission, and instead of returning the item(s) you purchased, donate them to an under-resourced tennis player. Ascot Manor will provide a photo of the recipient.

Return for an Ascot Manor E-Gift Card

  • IMPORTANT HOLIDAY SCHEDULE(S)– Items must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date between November and February.  

  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no wear, and be returned in original packaging.

  • Limited Stock items are FINAL SALE.

  • Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are NON-RETURNABLE NOR ELIGIBLE RETURN.

  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

  • All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an Ascot Manor E-Gift Card.

  • We are not liable for return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within seven days of delivery.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/

INCORRECT ITEMS:

 

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care team via customerservice@ascotmanor.com with a photo within a week from the delivery date. We will contact you once we receive your request to address and resolve the issue with a newly corrected item.

 

RETURNED TO SENDER AND REFUSED PACKAGES:

 

This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the customer refuses the order at the time of delivery.

Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked, and you will be issued store credit in the form of an Ascot Manor E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge.

We cannot change orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, ensure your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. Correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

 

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS:

 

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to the following:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"

An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items or

Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

 

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse online service to any customer or entity due to similar actions.

 

RETURNING BY MAIL:

 

To return by mail - Use your order packing slip to return by mail with the carrier of your choice. All returns must include an order packing slip that indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

Mail your return items to our Returns Department at the address stated below:

 

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if you return from an international location. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Distribution Center. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit as an Ascot Manor E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. Ascot Manor E-Gift Cards are redeemable immediately and expire within six months from the date they were issued.

 

Helpful Hint: Ascot Manor is not responsible for returns until they reach our packaging slip distribution center. Please keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number, as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Ascot Manor will not issue store credit for your returns.
